Hello I am wondering if tapioca flour is allowed on ketogenic diet? Is anything really allowed on a keto diet as long as it doesn’t put you out of ketosis? And my understanding is tapioca flour is a high glycemic load. I ate some magic spoon cereal ( 2.5 cups with water) total 7 carbs and I had high glucose and also made me want to eat everything in site! Also has anyone experienced severe hunger after eating allulose. ?
Thank you all.
