Hi I’m new to this forum. I’ve been doing Keto since January 2018.
I love this way of eating and although initially I dropped 7kg water weight I have now am stuck at the same weight. Hopefully as my body heals the weight will come off. I do IF two or three times a week. What I love is the fact that I am no longer hungry and have control of my appetite, my moods and most importantly I have been able to reduce my anti inflammatory medication.
There is so much useful info on this site and I’m very happy to be part of this community.
