Today, as I was cleaning out some things in my house, I found a box of clothes that I put away a few years ago thinking “I’ll get there again…eventually.” Well, “eventually” is today! I could wear the ENTIRE box of clothes. It’s like getting new clothes without having to spend any money! I love this NSV and will continue to KCKO!

I bought two new pairs of pants a few weeks ago, i got a pair sized 46" (which is down from the 50" to 48" i was wearing when i started this journey) and 44", they were on clearance

I’ll be 50 in a few weeks. My peak was a 54 inch waist. Was a solid 42 when I started keto on Christmas this year. Just bought 2 pair of 38 inch Levis 505’s as a goal, took them home and they fit!!! I have not worn a size < 40 since I was 17!
