A little CICO story

typed about this a couple of times today but bare with me.

Some of you may know I did a very long ride recently, according to the calorie calculators I did between 9500 and 10500 calorie worth of work.

so if CICO was right and substantially did not eat more (calorie wise) then how come a week later my weight is the same (I’ve or take a couple of hundred grams ? Could it be that CICO is total crap ?

It’s all your fault. You just didn’t measure your calories in or out correctly or you lied or you cheated…or its crap…:sunglasses::joy::see_no_evil::poop:

During the ride did your body consume calories for fuel, or fat?

I’m still not even sure I know what a “calorie” is. Maybe it is a myth. I don’t care.

No myth and fully fat adapted so 80%!of the energy requirements from fat. If CICO was right I should have put weight on
