Bare with me as I post pictures of my instant pot 5.3lb pork roast! I seasoned with “Tony Chachere’s” Cajun seasoning. (Basically a seasoned salt), and pepper. Then I seared said pork roast in my cast iron skillet using bacon juice. I’ll continue to add progress pictures to this posting!!!

Turned out awesome! And I have a BUTT load of pulled pork!
