Hi all,
Here is a graph of my weight loss and gain journey since the beginning of 2013. I started keto on 4/15/17 when I had hit my normal stall in my normal HCLF diet. I wonder if anything can be inferred.
Edit: To add that I should say the graph was produced using trendweight.com in conjunction with a Fitbit scale that post my results daily if I weigh in.
