A Good Store Bought Pemmican?

(Davy) #1

Can anyone suggest a good Pemmican that you can buy on Amzn?
(I’m too lazy to make my own)
Thanks

This is good, but it’s not from Amazon:

Those guys have good products. Their tallow and high-fat ground beef are top notch. I haven’t tried their pemmican but I’d definitely try it based on those other beef products.

Yep, I buy from US Wellness Meats. I’ve tried the pemmican sticks and liked them.

Thanks for the suggestions. I would prefer a good hunk of a bar, with maybe 400 cals or more. I may have to get off my lazy keto and learn to make my own. :innocent:
Everything on Amzn that is a bar, is only 180-240 calories at about $4 per and up.

There’s also this, which I put money into for Kickstarter:

He’s about to ship the kickstarter ones, but I don’t know when they’ll be available online.

Their liverwurst is great (I think, anyway), and not that fatty. Everything I’ve bought from them is good, but I don’t buy much due to their being expensive.

Look into getting some Mexican dried shredded beef. Mix some melted grass fed tallow with it (add some blueberries optional) and leave it in the fridge to harden: there you go!
The shredded beef is already salty so it’s perfect!

Where do you get that?

Look in a Mexican meat market/store, it’s called “carne seca” or “machaca”

I’ll have to be on the lookout. I know where there’s a Polish Deli, but not a Mexican store. Did a search, and they are around. A bit of a drive, though.
