That looks terrific. I usually use chicken bones for mine. I eat a lot of chicken, and save the bones in a bag in the freezer. When I get 3 or 4 carcasses worth, I toss them in the crockpot with perhaps some carrots, celery, peppercorns, or other seasonings, a glug of cider vinegar, and let it cook for 24 hours. So good.
