Had a visit today with my endocrinologist, a new one as my old one moved out of state. Supports keto but still spouts dogma about avoiding animal fats. No biggie, because the important thing about the visit is this:

“There is no need for any more follow up visits, you are NO LONGER DIABETIC”.

Yesssssssss…how do you like them there apples??
