I haven’t compared them, but another good list if someone asks to “Show Me the Science” is the RCTs list (written or infographic) at the PHC-UK.
Dr Hallberg has now published this list with an introduction on the VirtaHealth blog. And a direct link to the 10 week and 6 month results of the Virta trial. Have heard comments that their one year results are good, but is still going through the publication process.
