70 pounds

I hit my 70 pound mark today.

I definitely fell the difference in my clothes and the ability to walk across parking lots without getting winded.

I really can’t tell a difference in my appearance.

Your hiding some of the change in the beard, but it’s definitely there.

Thanks, probably used to looking in the mirror everyday and can’t tell the changes, deffinay feel them.

Oh yes…there is a difference in the shape of your face. Your eyes are more white, too. Bravo! Great job!!!

That’s a well known phenomenon. You see yourself along every step and notice none while we have the benefit of seeing the leaps. It’s definitely noticable.
