Pretty boring, and pretty DOH! But my best friend (who is not a novice dieter) told me how healthy and fit I looked. I asked why she mentioned that, and she said that most dieters look weak and tired. She is aware of what I am doing, but had no idea it had been six months. She is skinny as a rail (too thin), and I ran her Chronometer numbers for the day. Gasp. 26 grams of carbs? Wow, lower than mine today.

Thanks - the cheese, and nuts does me in! But I still lost the weight, and ketones 1.1 every afternoon. So something is working!

That is most important! Enjoying things we like are important. Chocolate is my nemesis. I keep trying to give it up…but it’s still my allowed crutch.
