5 weeks into keto and IF

Hi, I’m still a keto baby, only 5 weeks ago I started this way of eating… the first week was cutting out carbs and sugar, I lost 2kg. I did some research on IF and gave it a go, I started at 16hrs fasting, then noticing I wasnt really getting hungry changed this to 23 hrs on weekdays and just whenever I feel like eating on weekends, keeping a strict LCHF diet. I’ve now dropped another 6kgs, so 8kgs all up in 5 weeks. I’m really happy that I’ve finally found something that works, I’m sure I’ll plato at some point soon, but I hope it keeps up for a while.
