
Could it be because it works? (Walks away).
Day one was busy and my eating schedule was off but I was able to complete the recommended minimum of six eggs with 1t of fat for each.
Breakfast (Fast)
Lunch was three scrambled eggs in Kerrygold butter
Snack was fried cheese wedge
Dinner was three deviled eggs made with mayo and Dijon mustard.
I did not meet the water requirements which I am diligent about but I was on the road moving and going and then in church in the evening so I got off track.
I am drinking green tea with mint and green tea with ginger and lemon to aid with digestion and so I won’t hate eggs before this is over.
Day 2!
I am beginning the day with 33.8 ozs of water just to ensure that I don’t have a hydration fail like yesterday.
The recommendation is that one egg is eaten 30 mins after waking up. I am deleting that to complete my scheduled six miles intervals. My stomach feels so full because I ate so late last night. I will have tea again this morning just to ease the digestion of these darn eggs.
No noticeable issues so far.
Day 2 meals
Breakfast 1 boiled egg w a squeeze of Dijon mustard and BPT bullet proof Chai tea
Lunch–3 egg pancakes from snickerdoodle crepes recipe (I didn’t roll them but ate flat like pancakes–yummy! Photo attached).
Lots of fat already so dinner will be 2-egg salad with minimal mayo and Dijon mustard.
If I get hungry, I will eat a boiled egg. I don’t want to add any more dairy so I will be avoiding the snack cheese.
I’m going to have to find that recipe, It sure looks good. Can’t wait to see your results.
My attempt at making oopsie bread was unsuccessful HOWEVER, it became oopsie flatbread! Lol!!! Sorry no photo because I was so hungry, I ate it so fast I forgot the pic. I sprinkled a little cinnamon and a little snores sf flavor and #kapow!!!a
