5 Best Keto Foods

(Amy Thomas) #1

Hypothetical question:

If a person for some reason had to limit themselves to only five food items on their keto plan, what would be the five you would recommend? The ones which would give the most nutrition bang for the buck, the best ratio of fat/protein/carbs, not a “not keto but I budget the carbs” food, etc.

Hypothetically, your five suggested foods would be this person’s total diet. So for instance don’t say “beef, pork, chicken, duck, bacon” unless you would recommend their diet consists of only meat.

This is more of a “if you could only eat 5 foods for the rest of your life type questions.”

Bacon
Rib Eye
Eggs
Butter
Cheese

I LIKE the list! - but I guess I’d probably feel guilty if I didn’t eat ANY vegetables… Why limit to 5? Just add a few vegetables here!

(Amy Thomas) #4

Yes, exactly. Although assuming you are interested in eating the healthiest five things.

Love the veggie article! First time I’ve ever heard the “healthy vegetables” assumption challenged.
