45% fat ground beef

I bought this at Sprouts last week. $6.99 per pound. It’s grass finished and hormone free (but not organic) and the reason it’s that inexpensive is because, when I went online and checked, it’s 45% fat. Oh boo hoo! It’s absolutely delicious. (I know, for people buying 30% fat beef chubs that sounds insanely expensive, but grass finished beef, at least around here, typically goes for $10 a pound and it’s lean.) I rolled my eyes at “gluten free” but otherwise, hugely pleased.
