I am slipping on in with the 4th week of keto. For some reason I feel fear: from lifting weights faster than I did before. I feel a bigger energy.
I finally have no bags under my eyes. TBH they look slightly puffy like some fat adapted people look.
I am at the gym and wonder if others lifting weights don’t know how long to stay in the gym. Since it has to be a longer rest period between sets. I feel like it’s ridic.
Now, to the thing I am asking: Can I be ready for less time between sets if my body feels like it? I feel ridiculous waiting around and not tired. Even though I have unstable energy thru the day cause I’m not fat adapted.
I tried to write that and keyboard said fat apridiculous.
