Yay!!! this is amazing. All of it, but especially the A1C drop: 8.0 to 4.9. Just incredible.

@jimeads Wow, Jim, great numbers! Where you taking any oral medications for your HbA1c of 8.0? Or where you newly diagnosed? Great job of removing that Dx from your life.

(Steph ) #9

That’s brilliant!

(Jim Eads) #10

No meds for the A1C other than the first week. Newly diagnosed.

(Empress of the Unexpected) #11

You are living proof!!

(Jessica) #12

Awesome!! I’m sharing your results with my mom who has been doing lazy keto for a couple of months and has blood work this week.

(Not a cow) #13

That’s awesome results @jimeads ! Did you IF or EF, or was there anything that you did that you found worked best for you?

(JM) #14

Well done!

(Stephen Readman) #15

Massive Congratulations, great example for other newbies :+1:

(Jim Eads) #16

No IF or EF. Eat when hungry. Stop when not hungry. Be really, really strict with carbs.

(Jill F.) #17

That is awesome news!!!

(Annie) #18

Wow!!! How long were you Type1? My hubby is Type 1 but has been for 46yrs. Keto is helping keep his levels even
