Here is today 158 pounds, lost over 30 pounds, almost 30 inches, wearing a size 2 to 4!
Stick with it, throw in some exercise. Do some intermittent fasting. Eat lots of butter and bacon! Buy yourself a fancy purse as a reward! I love my new keto lifestyle!
