3rd week on keto, weight loss

I have been on keto for 3 weeks now, my ketones levels in blood are good enough and I’m loosing weight, so everything is ok, I was just wondering how much weight on average can a person loose per week while on keto? Shouldn’t I loose weight faster? How much is water weight usually?
My start weight was 112 kg, now it is 106,2-107,7 kg, almost -6 kg, which is good I guess.
As someone on this forum said to me - the number on scale isn’t always the one you should look for, sometimes the change you can see and feel. To be honest I feel lighter and I have lost some inches on my waist etc.
The 2nd thing Im wondering is that on the 3rd week I started to get some cravings for bread, cakes and so on, in the beginning it wasnt like that, the first days when I restricted carb intake I felt a bit dizzy or more tired, some days I wasnt even hungry and didnt crave anything sweet, now its the opposite. Also I feel more hungry.
I eat enough of fats so I can feel satiety, is it normal what I’m feeling? One friend said to me that in the first weeks of keto your body gets used to live on less carbs but the last 2 weeks are the hardest - then changes in brain happen. Could it be like that?
Thank you in advance.

You’re doing great and dropping varies from person to person. As you keep on keto-ing on you can look to a steady loss over time.

I have cravings from time to time but they pass… I don’t have a definitive answer but I am curious, are you sufficiently hydrating? No doubt water intake has been hugely important for me on Keto, especially the first couple of months.

2kilos a week is extremely good. I wouldn’t want to lose faster than that, skin has time to catch up to the fat loss and you are more likely to maintain. Great job.

I’m almost two weeks in and I’m only 2-3kg but look and feel different.

I’ve found that making sure that I’m drinking enough water and adding some Himalayan pink salt can help with the hunger. It seems that when I need more electrolytes, I can feel hungry. So, I usually try putting an 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt on my tongue and letting it dissolve. Then drink some water.

After awhile, if I still feel hungry, I might try something with fat (like green olives, an avocado, an ounce of cheese, an egg or an ounce of macadamia nuts, etc).

Thank you for your reply! I don’t think water intake is the problem because I’m drinking plenty of it+taking supplements so I dont miss any minerals etc.
I might try to drink some salty water (maybe its electrolyte imbalance that causes hunger) maybe it helps.
