3rd week and feeling better

I just finished my 3rd week and feeling much healthier. Not feeling bloated after meals. My sugar (diabetes) readings have been steady :ok_hand:not all over the place. I’ve been craving snacks so I have a cup of chicken broth. Love that stuff. I also discovered I can eat pork rinds. Great snack for me. I have lost 7 lbs so far. That’s ok , I will lose more. My health is more important to me at this time. Patience you have to have patience.

Sounds like you are off to a great start, and you definitely have the right attitude!! 7 lbs is great and more importantly getting your sugar readings under control is huge!! Wishing you the best of luck moving forward and hope you are finding the forum helpful :wink:
