I just finished my 3rd week and feeling much healthier. Not feeling bloated after meals. My sugar (diabetes) readings have been steady not all over the place. I’ve been craving snacks so I have a cup of chicken broth. Love that stuff. I also discovered I can eat pork rinds. Great snack for me. I have lost 7 lbs so far. That’s ok , I will lose more. My health is more important to me at this time. Patience you have to have patience.

Sounds like you are off to a great start, and you definitely have the right attitude!! 7 lbs is great and more importantly getting your sugar readings under control is huge!! Wishing you the best of luck moving forward and hope you are finding the forum helpful
