congrats! prepare to, more likely than not, feel a bit of an energy dip over the next week or two, as your body adjusts to its new fuel source (fat). be sure to keep your daily carbohydrate intake under 20 grams, and aim to consume 8 glasses of water, as well as roughly 5000mgs of salt daily, including what’s already in your food, to avoid the fallacy known as the “keto flu”. best of luck on your journey :smiley: ps DONT restrict calories, especially in the beginning. eat plenty of fat!!
