Hmm, on a keto diet you can have a lot of variety so you should be able to find lots of happiness. I wouldn’t look to chocolate though. Get into some savery food and let your appetite adjust.

Not a protein shake, some real food … : - )

I’m not sure why your calories* are so low, the general advice is no one should eat below 1000 Cals.

A pound a week here on 20 whole (not net) carbs a day. But that’s me and you’re you and you’re asking. The first thing I noticed is that you’re starting your day with 10 carbs in that cocoa. That would equal half of my carbs for the day in a cup of liquid without any nutrition. If this is a typical day, it’s mostly processed food and you’re not really doing yourself any favors at such low fat levels. It’s not just about reducing your carbs. I would just encourage you to read up on healthy keto with actual whole foods for long term benefits.
