Loved the fact that the next slide show that came up for me was how to go vegan and still gain muscle!

Actually, I’d say fried chicken is bad only because of the breading. Cholesterol is a great thing, and now they’re discovering that if the serum cholesterol gets too low, that’s a bad thing.

I love to fry chicken thighs with no breading of course! Just a cast iron with some bacon grease or lard.

That’s what we do too. Then I slather them in hot sauce.

As a heart attack survivor I’m just going to keep on with this WOE. It has improved my quality of life to such a degree that IF I give up a little time (doubt it) then so be it.

I can easily eat an entire fried chicken and never leave lipolysis. I mean a normally breaded one. It all depends on what your tolerances are. Let’s avoid unnecessary demonization and stick to reality.
