3 weeks, still fatigued with brain fog

I started keto 3 weeks ago, haven’t lost much weight but my stomach feels much better and I’m less bloated . I am 5’8F, started 160lbs, down 7lbs. But I can’t shake the tiredness and weakness. I am eating 15-20g carbs, 95g fat(sometimes I find myself over) and 75g protein. I typically have been under my 20g carbs, is it too low too fast? I caught a virus for a week and have just gotten over that, so I don’t know if it is left over from that. I have also started IF, but am not feeling hungry, as I have coffee with heavy cream to tie me over until my first meal. Any suggestions on how to handle the brain fog and fatigue?

Took me over 4 weeks to get past that stage.

Get plenty of water and salt. Also snack on pumpkin seeds, spinach and avocado salad daily for magnesium and potassium.

Thanks, I started with the salt, but stopped when the headaches went away. I have 1/2 to a whole avocado everyday for breakfast and take 500mg of magnesium daily. I will get back on it.

I also read that upping my carbs for a short period of time might help. I had a few (30, got carried away) cherries which is probably 20-25 carbs itself. Is that a bad idea? I’m assuming if I do that to stay away from grains?

Did you feel better than before? Or just the same?

Things started improving in week 5. They were vastly better by week 6. And yes, I feel better than I did pre-Keto now.
