Sliced brisket, it may not technically count as steak but it’s very fatty and sliced like a steak.
3/6/2017 Continuing Steak Challenge Thread
I’m not gonna lie, I’m struggling. Super nauseated again this morning, probably related to lack of sleep, so I went back bed. Right now steak is really the last thing that sounds good. Ugh. I’m gonna drink some coffee, relax with the dogs, and wait to see if I get hungry.
On a happier note: ketones 3.5! Highest number I have ever seen. Glucose 82.
I feel like I have sufficiently re-hydrated from my illness, but I have only gained back one pound from my 5 pound weight loss.
Sliced my steak thin and sautéed in the cast iron with plenty of salt. This will probably be my only meal today. 9.5 oz of goodness.
Day 14.
I’m getting hungry. Lol. @AnnaLeeMI your steak is making me hungry. I haven’t eaten yet today. 20/4 IF is actually my norm, and eating after 4 pm.
I hope you continue to feel well. I feel awesome these last two weeks, and have some “30 day steak challenge survivors guilt”. Lol
I think the one thing keeping me going is my unrelenting stubornness. My husband can attest to this delightful attribute of mine.
I know I can feel good eating like this!!!
So you left us hanging on the results of the plants reintroduction. Anything glaring or remarkable come from that? Thanks for sharing this following for sure!
Dude. Steak challenge doesn’t end until April 1st. No plants till then.
