I think it’s finding what work for you. I’m actually trying to focus on my B.E.D. So I’m only fasting if I feel full enough. Which has only been 2 mornings this past week. I have disordered eating history. So I thought some fasting at 12:12 would not bother me.
All rules are off right now except:
-under 30g carbs
-eat when hungry
-no sugar subs or allergens (both my binge food categories)

I’m eating 3 meals and a snack I’m having BPC with collagen. But no hard fast rules.
