The dudes are looking to promote lots of 10 second videos from our listeners who have lost weight.

Have someone take a full length video of you saying “I’m Joe Listener from Anytown, New Jersey, and I listen to 2 Keto Dudes.” Use your own name and town. Did I have to say that? :slight_smile:

Give us another 10 seconds of you just standing looking into the camera after you speak.

Please include a high-res “before” picture.

Please include your before A1C and weight, the date of your before picture, and your current A1C and weight.

By sending them you are giving us permission to distribute them as we see fit. We think this will help us attract more listeners.
