I started tracking my workouts in 2016 but didn’t do it the whole year, so in 2017 I captured all of it.
I have a spreadsheet where I enter the number of reps for each exercise, and the dates, and a final column that tracks all reps across all exercises.
Below is a screen shot of my spreadsheet for 2017. I didn’t start tracking tricep, shoulder, or legs until a little later in the year so that’s why they don’t show up in this image.
I’m 55 and have been keto since summer of 2013. I’m kinda proud of doing 32,000+ total reps for the year. 2018 goal is 40,000 total reps.
If you are a person of a certain age I hope you can include regular resistance work into your routine. It makes me feel great and I want you to feel your best too.
