After stalling for about 2 weeks it seems I’m back on the weight loss train. As of this morning I’m down exactly 20 pounds. Started around May 5th. I think the trick was a week+ of 16/8 IF and a 24 hour fast Friday. By Saturday I was down 3 pounds. Hopefully it’s not a fluke and will continue. I also started measuring my waist. Which is down about 1/4” from yesterday (not sure I’m buying that though).
