Today not only am I on the 6th hole of the belt I bought just before Xmas, I also tried on a pair of 16 trousers at lunch and they fit just fine. To celebrate, tonight I shall be having steak

Good for you! I had to respond to this one because my secret (up until this post) way of measuring my non scale progress is going to be belt holes. I’m still on the same one but it seemed a good way to measure.
