Just got back from vacation and not surprisingly gained 2 pounds. I stayed on keto but maybe drank more wine than I should’ve. I was super proud I never caved on the chips and sweets though! I’d like to jump start my weight loss again. I’m already only eating 12 carbs a day. Should I start paying attention to my calorie intake?

I’d play with fasting vs reducing calories. Better for the metabolism.
