I am posting this in hopes that it helps other newbies who are discouraged when their blood ketones keep registering below 0.5 in the morning, even when they are doing everything right.
I have lost approximately 20lbs in the last 2.5 mo and I feel good. However, I am not fat adapted. I check my ketones and Blood Glucose (BG) every morning. My BG is always between 99 and 110.
