Always been an athlete until full time work and a bad break up pushed me from 100kilos to almost 170kgs.
Stuck to keto, rode 10km to work and back a day, a 5km walk/jog 2-3 nights a week and swam 2-3 times a week.
Have to get my BMI down to 32.9 to enter the Royal Australian Navy, and maintain it for 6 months. (114kg)
