Thank you @MaryAnn. I assume a bunch of that is water, but it’s water that would still be there w/o keto.
Ya know I don’t see why folks discount the water weight. As you say, it would have still been there w/ a carby diet. The first thing I noticed when I went keto (again) a few weeks ago was the water weight loss. I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I was with the water weight. It has made a big difference.
