Amazing! Have you ever tried to lift two 50# grain sacks into your car? I have done this many times. Those 50# sacks of grain are seriously heavy. How is it that the human body can carry so much extra weight, and we hardly even notice? Well, maybe we do notice the knee pain, ankle pain, shortness of breath, etc. Way to go!

Yes I move heavy fertilizer bags and chemical cases all day long. I don’t know how I functioned with all that excess.

Now on to the next :100:!

Well done! Good luck kicking the next 100 to the curb as well.

We started more of a whole foods Paleo approach Jan 2016. In April we transitioned to keto. I lost at a very steady pace until October and about 80 lbs total (started at 400, I’m 6’4") I was stuck tat about 320 for awhile. Had major foot surgery in December 2016, was on pretty severe mobility restrictions until late Feb. I gained about 10 lb back. I struggled to lose more than that 10 lbs until recently I began alternate day fasting and that has worked fantastic.
