Its after 5pm here, and so far I have eaten 3 tablespoons of butter. I feel ok, very thirsty, but probably all the salt.

Ate my last tablespoon of butter to take my Metformin. That does me for the day
4 Tablespoons butter total 44g Fat = 400 calories
Looking forward to breakfast of bacon and eggs, and I’m having an early night. Feeling tired
Day 5 and feeling good enough to lay the slabs for the watershed. Not hungry yet, so will wait until I am! Already 80 degrees outside, so off to make a start!
Lunch was a Keto coffee and an hour later 1 ounce of cheese.
Dinner tonight is lean pork, so I will be cooking my spinach in butter.

I can quite literally feel my fat dissolving! Life is good!
You can probably also feel your bones redensifying and your muscle building.

Feeling super energized today, but staying off the treadmill. I’ve noticed that at around 4pm I have been feeling very tired. Instead, today I will dedicate to dusting the parts of the house no one ever sees, and generally just feel good about myself and my environment.
Super scary lunch today. I’ve been staring at a 2 1/2lb coconut flour container for the past two weeks. Today I opened it and made this, except I used cheddar, and didn’t put ham and cheese in them

2 ounces lean pork
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup green beans
