I just received a tub of coconut oil from a seller on Amazon. The pics look like it is solid, I received a tub that is liquid.
Is it alright that it is liquid?

It is solid at room temperature (unless your room temp is pretty hight). It melts somewhere before body temp.If your room or outside temp is closer something like 90 F (as it is around here today), it melted, but it is probably fine.
Some fats do start to degrade in heat, but not sure it’ll be that big a deal.

Unrefined coconut oil melts around 75 degrees. If you want it a solid you can chill it in the fridge for a bit.
Mine is completely melted right now sitting on my kitchen counter.

It’s fine. As it’s a saturated fat it is sensitive to temperature and will be liquid or solid depending on the environment.

Mine is normally solid in the cupboard, but with very hot weather (mid 20’s and up) it has been liquid
