I am a 29 yo male with a starting weight of 362 I started very strict keto, 16:8 IF, and drinking about 100 ozs of water per day 6 days ago. I feel great and my chronic fatigue has greatly improved. I have also found that I am not nearly as hungry now as when I ate a ton of carbs.
As far as weight loss, I am down 11lbs! I am extremely pleased with these results, but I have always read that weight loss should not exceed more than a few lbs a week. Is it healthy to have lost 11lbs in such a short period of time?
