1 month on keto

I’ve been Strict ketogenic for a month now and with one slip up it’s been amazing. I’ve never felt more clear headed and energetic in my life. My stress and anxiety levels are down, I’mhappier and have gotten rid of the swelling that I experienced from time to time. Those plus I have lost almost 20 lbs. This is the only diet that I have started that makes me feel great and became a lifestyle, changed my life. Keto on everyone!

Wow! congratulations…20 lbs is huge in a month. I have just finished my first month however I have only lost 2 kgs all in the first month, regained it all in the second week and slowly lost it again in the last 2 weeks. I have been in ketosis since day 3 and urine strips are always reading 8 or 16. I feel like I should have lost more as I have very little appetite, have over 20kg to lose and have been strict. I do feel good and have been waking up earlier in the mornings and all signs of IBS have disappeared. I am going to try IF.

Congratulations! I’m a couple days away from one month myself. Down 13 pounds and two notches in my belt. I didn’t realize all the places I had been storing fat (my back was the most surprising place). If I hadn’t seen the science, I’d swear it was magic.
