Does anyone have any experience with this type of Ghee? It is $16 for 32oz at my local international store. HOWEVER, there are mixed reviews on Amazon.
I am curious if this is Real Ghee or percentage Ghee, plus a percentage Butter. Smoke point seems reasonable, but I do not have other Ghee to test it against.
Any thoughts?

I just purchased the 1.6Kg jar from my local Walmart, which has it once or twice a year. Verka is a huge India-based multinational so this stuff is likely produced here in Surrey, where there is a large Indian population.
I buy this one at my local grocery here in Wisconsin, I love it. I spend 1/2 what amazon seems to be charging though.
