It might be that your body is dropping water weight due to moving from your previous diet to a whole food, high fat diet. If you are not seeing ANY ketones - it is unlikely you are burning much fat.
I’m pretty sure you should be worried about this being still true at the 6 or 8 week mark. Some of the water weight will come back and you should see ketones and then you’ll be making headway on actual fat burning.
To get into fat burning high ketone mode in only a couple of weeks really probably usually requires some pretty significant fasting.

How much carbohydrate do you eat in a day?
I’d say that if you are eating under 20 g/day and still breathing, then you have to be producing ketones. Just keep calm, and keto on.
