You know how they say you are what you eat?

I swear to god I smell like bacon right now?

Not an ideal “scent of a woman” ._.

If you want male attention, maybe it is the ideal scent for a woman.

(Miss E) #3

I don’t think it quite works that way, plus I prefer to smell like a human not a piece of salty meat :stuck_out_tongue:

Humans: all we are is salty meat. Sad but true

(Miss E) #5

lol was waiting for that. We may be salty but not yet cured.

#6

I don’t think it quite works that way,

It works that way.

Occasionally pickled, though.

(Miss E) #8

lol. you like your women to smell like food?

#9

Good food, yes. I’m honestly not aware of any men that don’t, but I guess it doesn’t come up in conversation that often. I thought women knew this too, hence many put on various fruit scents and such (bacon is better).

(Sophie) #10

There is some truth to that. The market is saturated with gourmand scents.

(TJ Borden) #11

I’m with @LeCheffre. Guys are generally more attracted to the smell of bacon over the smell of lavender. It doesn’t sound like a problem to me.

(Jay AM) #12

It’s interesting what women think men will be attracted to versus what the men are actually attracted to. For example, I read a psychological study about 10 years ago that said women are more likely to pick an orange based red lipstick to wear while men prefer a blue based red lipstick. Even if we can’t tell if it’s orange or blue based.

I think the idea that you smell like bacon and feel that it’s not a good smell for a woman is all about society and conditioning and not actually smelling bad. Besides, regular bathing and deodorant weren’t always the norm.

But, the smell of bacon can make things smell like bacon, usually due to being smoked or having smoke flavoring added. Just like campfire smoke smell, bacon smell can seep into fabrics and hair and might be the real reason you’re smelling bacon. Cook bacon naked and KCKO.

OUCH!!!:scream:

K

So I was trying to be a little delicate here but given the replies I can see my point was lost in translation.

It’s not my skin, clothes or hair that smelled of bacon >.>

(TJ Borden) #15

So many really good yet really inappropriate jokes to be made…

Suffice it to say, from a guys perspective, still not a problem.

(Candy Lind) #16

Better have a good splatter screen if you aren’t baking it!

(Miss E) #17

wise choice

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #18

And your point would be? :bacon:

(I may be gay, but I still know what men love to smell!)

(Troy) #19

I will play this game too😳

I can make some “ sense “ out of this I think …:joy::smiley:
