Body by science talks about cardio being potentially catabolic to type 2 muscle, hard on the joints etc. It’s a good read. Sounds like hyperinsulon. Sounds like our visitor was not insulin resistant so the fat came off easy with the weight lifters ideas, most of which are not insulin resistant either.
