Yes, in theory - but keep track of your carbs! It doesn’t take that many blueberries to put you over 20g net. I love fruit, but I stay clear if I’m trying to lean down.

In find for me, some fruits are easy for me to eat just a few, but I have no control when I eat watermelon, for example. Watermelon happens to be my favorite fruit. That may be an understatement.
Don’t believe everything you read… personally I would avoid the melons and plums, and be mindful of amounts on the blueberries.

FWIW, since it’s the season (although getting past peak) I’ve had half a peach once a week or so. That’s about 100g so 8 to 9 grams of carb. Peaches will go away soon. We must have had peak raspberry a few weeks ago - the little containers were 99cents each at the grocery store. I had a few. Blueberries - rarely. Then I’ll have a “handful” - like 10 or so. Back when we were at peak cherries, my wife bought a bag. I probably had five at a time on a couple of days.
This is never all in one day! I don’t have all of that any one day. It’s the half peach or the raspberries or whatever else.
I’ve been keto long enough (just about 4-1/2 years) that they don’t knock me out of ketosis.
