Workout supps

What does the keto diet allow for? The pre workout I take has sucralose in it. Which has no carbs yet may cause insulin spikes. Post workout I take a whey isolate with creatine mono. Does anyone here take supps that are better or are these actually ok?

But w taking sucrose and creative mono and whey (label read )… YMMV

have you tried NOT taking the above?
If so, how did you feel?

Reason —

I went away from ALL workout SUPPS😳

  1. preworkout - is just that. I just work out fasted. Water and salt and lemon
  2. during workout- the same. Water and salt and lemon, maybe some sweet leaf stevia added
  3. postworkout - I do not eat about 2-3 hours later

Result—

for me, how do I feel?

So basically working out on no food? and recovering from workout with no food? I should ask what type of work outs you do I suppose. I have tried early morning working out empty. It did not work out (pun). I puked actually lol. I can jog 10-15k on empty but my workouts are more intense and I cannot handle them empty.

I think I could handle not taking pre or post anything except food but nothing is really telling me that they are bad. I was more concerned with the sucralose and the effect on the GI. I wonder now tho if everyone on keto keeps away from supps? Im interested to know.
