Words of gratitude

I just wanted to thank the people who created this forum! I began full on Keto in January mostly because of inflammation (I have arthritis in both knees), I was having brain fog - but more scary is that I was forgetting words and things I should readily know and it began to scare me. It was a friend of mine who introduced me to Keto OS (exogenous ketones) and because he had such great results for issues he was having and I was at my wits end, I gave it a try for a month to see how I felt. I was really amazed at the results. My knees were alway very swollen and would ache a lot and now I could actually see my knee caps! The brain fog - went away and I had way more energy. That when I really started to do my research and thought - if a product made me feel this good - what about switching my diet - and I did. I really felt alone though in my process. I had to figure everything out on my own, I read everything I could find on the internet and watched every video too. Then I came across this forum about a month or so ago. I finally felt that I found my peeps. The way everyone is so encouraging and the great advice and tips have helped me tweak my diet and introduce new things. I didn’t know about intermittent fasting or fasting till I started reading what other people were doing. I was inspired by zornfest last month and did 3 days, 4 nights and I am currently doing one now - almost at the 96 hour mark and will break my fast tomorrow sometime - although today was my hardest day, so we’ll see!
I have never felt better in my life. I have done everything possible to my body from eating disorder - to extreme exercise. I only do yoga now because I can’t do intensive workouts. I said to my husband this morning - I feel so good and yet I am not doing horrific things to my body that I have done in the past! This has been quite a journey. I’m going to see family and friends this summer who will probably poo poo my way of life - but now I have you guys to support me and encourage me and I gain so much inspiration from you all.
So again - thank you all. I am so grateful for your openness, your courage and your encouragement.

Welcome to the forum!

Many of us are pleasantly surprised by how much better we feel with some ketones circulating. KCKO!

You just summed it up in a nutshell how I was feeling about the forums too. Thank you for that!
