I’m just curious if winter fat burning is easier since your body has to work harder at staying warm? Thinking about moving my cardio outside once the temperature drops as I have all the gear for winter walking

I would say so, that’s when I knew I had to stop my fasts, when I was getting so cold that not even a hot shower could warm me, standing in the blistering water still shivering.
