So been keto for 8 days now and I’m already down 4kg. Not only love the look on the scale but loving the feeling full and more energy part. Been a little hard finding things for snacks that arnt really savoury things but other than that everything is going great guns…

Don’t Snack. Your insulin level tends to rise with some type of snacks. Read the Obesity Code by Gary Taubes, does a great job of explaining why! Welcome and enjoy the new lifestyle!

I only ment snack because I only eat 1 meal a day which is dinner. I don’t get hungry till about 3pm most days so trying to find something to tie me over till dinner is a bit hard
