Thanks for that but its still coming from the US. I guess I’ll have to get it from the US then.
Its still not available as an audio book then?

Apologies - I know the second edition is available on Kindle but I know nothing about the audio version.

Actually, I have been hearing bits & pieces about the Audible version…some say Carl Franklin was the “voice” reading the book…some say Doc Berry did the “voice”. Yes, I can read…but prefer Audible
